Linda fell in love with St Croix while on vacation in 2002 and after annual visits for several years she finally made the plunge into a fixer-upper in Frederiksted. In 2017 she retired from a career in Healthcare Information Technology and fulfilled her dream to move full-time to Paradise. Linda brings with her a passion for customer service and photography and joined the Diane K. Burns Group in 2018. She enjoys the dynamic of the group working together to benefit our clients. Most recently, the Diane K. Burns Group was honored to to be awarded Coldwell Banker’s 2020 International President’s Circle, 2021 International President’s Premier, and Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty’s 2021 Chairman’s Club.
Linda likes helping first time Buyers and Sellers understand what to expect, especially since things work a little differently here, and ensuring that everyone has a positive experience.
