In my life I had been fortunate to purchase several houses including some on the island. Working with Tara was the best experience yet. She is attentive always on point and gets things done. It's as simple as that.

Since we were still very new to St. Croix we had many questions of Brooke. She was always very responsive to our calls and emails. If she did not know the answer and there were not many of these she found out and got back to us. Brooke's attitude was always positive even when I am sure there were times when we asked too much of her time. When we were on island looking at houses she was a perfect professional host in setting up showings or making recommendations for a good restaurant. We would strongly recommend Brooke as someone to help find a home on the island.

I cannot express how enjoyable it was to work with Chris on our home purchase. And being new to purchasing on a US Virgin Island Chris was able to really walk us through the process so that there were no surprises.
