I’ve always been passionate about working with a team of people, and assisting with the process of providing beautiful spaces for individuals to live, or work in. Being a real estate agent provides me with the opportunity to help people with the purchase, or sale of a home which brings joy to their lives with any successful transaction. My career in real estate follows over 30 years of professional experience in the construction industry. Throughout my career, I
have worked with many talented, and knowledgeable individuals within various parts of the construction industry; this includes: estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and project management. My experience in project management allowed me to manage various projects over the years from interior renovation to ground-up projects. With a Certificate of Achievement in Construction Management from Diablo Valley College in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, my project management experience combined with my 30 years of construction industry experience allowed me to develop the skills necessary to become a successful real estate agent. I bring the professionalism, understanding of the financial aspect, the knack for working well with people, and a keen interest in truly listening to what their needs are. These traits, along with my technical skills, allow me to service my clients’ real estate goals, keeping in mind that I’m not No. 1, but they are!
