community. As a dedicated mom to two amazing sons and a proud grandmother to four
energetic grandchildren, she understands the importance of creating spaces where families and

Her journey to real estate is rooted in a passion for design, hospitality and island living. Deborah
has spent most of her career in interior design, including custom creations and owning a fabric
store. Upon moving to St. Thomas, she enjoyed the unique experience of working on a daysail
boat, which she still considers the best job ever! In 2019, she transitioned into property
management overseeing various properties, including a boutique hotel and a yoga retreat, while
managing property maintenance, construction projects, and guest services. These experiences
have provided her with valuable insights into what makes St. Thomas such a sought-after
destination.
Embracing the island lifestyle, Deborah enjoys sailing, snorkeling and hiking. She is also
passionate about giving back to the community through regular beach cleanups and co-creating
an annual regatta that connects all three Virgin Islands.
