Sheila Koch

After gleefully leaving the snow of the NY metropolitan area and corporate life in 2006, Sheila & her husband settled into Island Life on St. Croix. Sheila spent years on the Jersey shore, graduating from Monmouth University and spending summers as a lifeguard on the ocean of the Jersey Shore. Love of life and all things aquatic, St. Croix became an easy transition in life. Slow and steady; island life. Sheila joined Coldwell Banker in early 2020 as financial support to the real estate team, predominantly for Property Management.
