Partner and Executive Chef Sunil Sharma discovered his passion for culinary arts early on in life as a young man growing up in Dubai. Thanks to his impeccable talent, Sharma began an internship under the world-famous chef Gordon Ramsay in 2007. It was under Ramsay’s tutelage that Sharma developed the culinary discipline that has defined his professional life. With a few Michelin-star experiences under his belt, Sharma relocated to the Caribbean from the mainland United States to accept the role of Chef de Cuisine at the renowned Oceana Restaurant & Bistro in the historic Frenchtown District of St. Thomas.
In 2022, Chef Sunil had an idea to bring a new and exciting concept to St. Thomas. Under his culinary design and leadership, St. Thomas Social was born. The restaurant’s unique and innovative menu oozes Chef Sunil’s love for true Mediterranean cuisine with a solid inclusion of American and Caribbean influences. Seafood and meat lovers will be hard-pressed to find a dish that won’t please their palate like the Seafood Milanese, Grilled Lambchops, and 16oz Prime Ribeye; vegetarians are catered to as well with their Ginger-Soy Seared Tofu and Mediterranean Mezze. Their cozy craft cocktail menu has something for everyone, and the wine list selections are ideal for the dinner menu offerings available.

Presented in conjunction with CC1 Virgin Islands, this electrifying outing combines head-bopping music with delicious food, nonstop flowing mimosas, and free shots of Tito’s Vodka every hour on the hour.
