ST THOMAS — Million-dollar views, an inviting ambiance and solid service accompanies seasonal, refined Caribbean cuisine at Indigo 4 Restaurant. Located in Yacht Haven Grande, guests dining here can enjoy the immaculate views of the luxury yachts docked in the harbor or catch the beginnings of a fiery sunset as they enjoy their dinner. Chef-Owner David “Benji” Benjamin opened Indigo 4 in October 2021. A stark contrast from his flagship restaurant, Blue 11, Indigo 4 caters to larger groups and offers gorgeous view from the outside patio seating area.
The menu boasts dishes with a Caribbean flair, offering a New York Strip with coconut ginger mushrooms and a Filet Mignon served with horseradish and green banana mash. Their burnt broccoli is a crowd favorite, lending smoky notes to the charred vegetable that gives it a one-of-a-kind flavor. Diners can also flex their culinary skills to create their own signature dish. Choose your favorite protein to be paired with one of Indigo 4’s house made sauces and select from a list of the restaurant’s side dishes like lobster mac and cheese, green beans, roasted mash and more. Save room for one of Indigo 4’s desserts like their coconut tamarind key lime pie and donut bread pudding with dulce de leche ice cream. Indigo 4 is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30pm to 10pm; Sunday Brunch is available from 10am to 2pm followed by dinner service from 5:30pm to 10pm. Reservations are strongly recommended.
