Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty leader, Amy Land-de Wilde, has added to her list of designations by becoming an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). She joins an elite group of ABR® agents in North America.
The ABR designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. Amy completed the main course, plus an elective course, and provided a proven track record in representing buyers to achieve this designation. Through the designation, she now has access to additional education and tools to help better serve home buyers on St. Croix.

Amy’s Real Estate Designations
- Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), presented by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
- Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), presented by the Council of Residential Specialists, is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers.
- Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), presented by National Association of REALTORS®, requires in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
- e-PRO®, presented by the National Association of REALTORS®, teaches the use of cutting-edge technologies and digital initiatives to link up with today’s savvy real estate consumer.
