Prince
Prince, Queen, and King Quarters are often referred to as “Mid Island” and have a mix of residential neighborhoods, businesses, culture and history. You’ll find nearly every type of property here, from vacant land to commercial real estate, apartments and condos to single family homes.
Located between King Quarter and the West End, Prince Quarter shares its north border with Northside B and is bordered to the south by the ocean. One would take the Melvin Evans Highway or Centerline Road to head east or west through Prince Quarter. The Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) is located in this area.
The St. George Village Botanical Garden and the Cruzan Rum Factory are regular stops for tourists and locals. Many of St. Croix’s farmers tend to land in this area.
