The complex has a top-notch General Manager and maintenance staff, landscaper, and part time office assistant. The dues cover maintenance of the railings and stairs, parking lot and roads, both pools and the tennis court, all the landscaping and exterior water and sewer lines.
The insurance assessment covers the condo facility as a whole and covers the unit from the outside to the interior wall. Owners will need to have individual policies for contents, upgrades, loss of use, liability etc. if they choose to do so.
The Capital Repair Fund was started in 2010 to fund major repairs and maintenance such as painting the buildings and roofs.
