The water pumps and pool pumps repaired or replaced as needed.
Pipes in the walls
The cisterns, not the water within, are cleaned and repaired by the association.
Routine pool cleaning including chemicals.
Periodic water testing may determine that pool water should be dumped and replaced. This is at the owners’ expense and owners will be notified before it is done.

Grounds keeping and landscaping (includes regular pruning and/or replacement of existing flora as
