Born and raised on the East End of Long Island, Tara came to St Thomas in 1996 and met her husband to be the very first day! Tara has always been drawn to coastal living & with one look at Caribbean waters, she was hooked!

After decades in the restaurant industry, both in NY and on STT, Tara got her Real Estate License and & has been a full time Realtor on St Thomas since 2005. “I have met so many amazing people in the Real Estate industry. Every transaction is unique; there is always something new to learn.”

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience working with Tara. I felt that Tara had my best interests in mind during the home buying process. She would point out all the pros and cons to each property. She would steer me back to center when my over optimistic side would start seeing worth in a dump but also showed me all ends of my buying options with a trained eye. Buying on island is an adventure and there are so many more things to consider than buying stateside. Tara did an excellent job of educating me on the idiosyncrasies of island living. She is very knowledgeable on the island rules and regulation. Her experience is invaluable! I also enjoyed spending time with her while we drove all over looking at properties. She's quick to respond to questions and worked around my busy schedule to get me into all the places I wanted to see even at the last minute. You'll be in good hands with Tara!!

We have had the pleasure of working with and knowing Tara since around 2013. We flew in from stateside then and she arranged multiple showings over 2 days. We were pleased that each property shown possessed very many qualities that hit the mark. She understood our style and needs immediately! We purchased a fabulous property that checked off every box—including a remarkable sunset view! In 2022 we made the difficult decision to sell and consulted Tara. She listed and produced a viable offer in less than a week. We could not have been happier with our experiences. Tara is a winner!

Tara is a wonderful person who is always very professional and courteous. She loves the real estate business and has a wide varied inventory of properties and clients that make your search for the right home or office easy.
