Originally from the Bay Area in Northern California, Stephen spent 15 years in Sonoma County before making the bold move to St. Croix in 2015. Since entering the real estate industry in 2018, he has quickly established himself as a top-performing agent with Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty, consistently delivering results with integrity, dedication, and local insight.

Before real estate, Stephen built a successful career in the food and wine industry. He worked with Michelin-starred chefs and was a trusted purveyor for some of the finest wine lists in Sonoma and Napa Counties. His background in high-end hospitality and sales honed his eye for detail, customer service, and understanding of luxury clientele. Stephen has had a lifelong connection to the Caribbean and, after relocating to St. Croix, became the first commercial kombucha brewer in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He
founded Virgin Islands Kombucha, producing kegs for restaurants, bars, and yoga studios, along with retail sales at the local Farmer’s Market.

An avid cyclist, Stephen took a spontaneous leap into triathlon in 2015—despite not knowing how to swim at the time! Since then, he’s applied a data-driven, disciplined approach to become one of St. Croix’s top elite athletes, competing internationally in both cycling and triathlon. His intimate exploration of the island through training has given him unmatched local knowledge, which he shares with clients to help them find the perfect island home, condo, or homesite.

Stephen views real estate as a lifelong passion and finds deep satisfaction in helping others achieve their dreams on St. Croix. Whether guiding newcomers or seasoned investors, he delivers exceptional service with care and expertise.

Dedicated to his community, Stephen serves as President of the Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation and is a World Triathlon Level 2 Certified Coach, mentoring junior triathletes and cyclists. Among his many athletic accomplishments, he is the a multi-time winner of the Beauty and the Beast Triathlon and a multi-time Virgin Islands National Champion in both Time Trial and Road Racing.
