About Me
Kali, a licensed Realtor and Global Luxury Specialist, brings deep local roots, professional expertise, and a passion for island living to every client relationship. Raised on St. Croix, she graduated from The Good Hope School before earning her B.A. in History from Sewanee: The University of the South. Her academic background in history—and early internships with the National Park Service’s head archaeologist—shaped a lasting love for architecture, preservation, and the unique story each property holds.
Kali’s knowledge of the island runs deeper than maps or market stats. As the daughter of a local contractor, she spent her childhood trailing him from job site to job site, absorbing firsthand lessons in construction methods, maintenance challenges, and the nuances of building in the Caribbean. That hands-on foundation has become one of her greatest assets as a real estate professional, offering her clients informed insights that go far beyond the surface.
She launched her real estate career immediately after college, drawn by a desire to contribute to the community she loves and to help others find their place in it. In 2015, she joined forces with industry veteran Amy Land-de Wilde, quickly becoming an integral part of one of the most respected teams in the region. Known for her sharp eye, steady hand, and commitment to excellence, Kali is a skilled negotiator and seasoned market evaluator with a proven track record of successful closings across a range of property types—from historic island homes to luxury waterfront estates.
Clients value her for her integrity, deep local knowledge, and her calm, confident guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or those relocating to the island for the first time, Kali brings a warm, professional approach rooted in trust, transparency, and results.
