Judy Lambert brings a steady, detail-first approach to Team Lorine Williams. She spent 10 years in an appraisal office and 7 years in title work before she  became a REALTOR® on St. Croix, so by the time a contract lands in front of her, she’s already analyzed it from every angle – what the appraisal will say, what the title will show, what the closing will need. That’s why every deadline on the team’s St. Croix real estate business gets tracked and met, from start to finish.  

She’s been part of the island longer than most, arriving from Ohio in 1994 and staying ever since. She’s built a life here that goes well beyond real estate, though she stays close to her family back in Ohio and makes it back to visit at least twice a year. She’s served on the Board of Realtors Community Outreach Committee since 2015, serves as a Deaconess at St. Croix Christian Church, and volunteers with Kids Dive – work that earned her the Good Neighbor Award from the St. Croix Board of Realtors. Around the office, Judy is the one who nudges everyone else toward the next volunteer opportunity too, quietly making sure giving back stays part of how the whole team operates. When she’s not at her desk, she’s at Zumba or out on a long walk. And if you bring a kid or a puppy into the Coldwell Banker office in Gallows Bay, don’t be surprised when they beeline straight for Judy’s desk in Team Lorine’s office – she always has a treat waiting.
