Since 2019, I’ve been helping individuals and families turn their dreams of homeownership into reality. Team Lorine was amazing in their assistance with buying our new home on St Croix. The team is very knowledgeable about the homes on the island and the areas they are located in. They were patient and accommodating with taking us to showings; sometimes multiple times. They were very responsive to our requests; always showing us the utmost respect. Team Lorine was by far the best I have ever experienced when buying and selling a property. I used Team Lorine to purchase my property and later to sell. My property was a rather difficult situation and they represented me every step of the way with superior professionalism. We worked closely with Jaileen a member of Lorine's team and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jai was detail-oriented and helped us every step of the way including ensuring we were comfortable with the VI home-buying process (which was a bit different than what we were used to!). She went above and beyond to help us find contractors tradesmen and get quotes for repairs. She was fully dedicated to helping our family find our "forever home" here on the island and we couldn't be more thankful!

We bought an island home! We worked with Jaileene at Coldwell Banker and she put so much effort into getting us this house. We had purchased homes in the past on the mainland. Jai knew every step and process involved in buying on island and easily navigated us through instances that were different from buying on the mainland. She was always easy to get ahold of. She has contacts for nearly any home issue you may need addressed...which is incredibly valuable when you purchase an island home that needs a little fixing up. Would highly recommend using this group. If you work directly with Jai you'll be in good hands.

This Journey became enjoyable for me when I connected with Jaileene Encarnacion. From the onset she showed interest in my Goal of owning a piece of Real Estate. She has gone above and beyond to make this Dream a Reality for me and I would recommend her to anyone who's also on this journey. She is attentive knowledgeable kind and committed. She made me feel very confident that in my absence the process continued. Many other Agents tend to slack off in the Buyer's absence but Jaileene did not do that. I consider Jaileene an Asset to the Real Estate Industry and wish all the best in her endeavors.
