About Me

Isabel Brady has been a full-time real estate broker on St. Croix for over 40 years. She moved to the island with her husband from Washington D.C. on a whim in 1978, and they never looked back. Her love for St. Croix is unmatched. Isabel and her husband have three grown Crucian kids and think St. Croix is the best place in the world to raise children.

Isabel is active in the community, which she feels gives her inside knowledge of how to get the most of living on and giving to this beautiful island of St Croix. She sits on the board of the St Croix Chamber of Commerce, is vice president of the Christiansted Community Alliance, vice president of the Grapetree Property Owners Association, and is a member of the St. Croix Board of Realtors Community Action, as well as the JFL Hospital Patient and Family Council, and in her church.

Professionally, she has helped hundreds of full-time and part-time residents of St. Croix find their perfect island home. Isabel is delightful! But more importantly, she's professional and knowledgeable in terms of the quality of services she provides in helping buy or sell a home. We should know because Isabel has assisted us in purchasing and selling properties 4 times. She is an expert on the properties of St Croix as she's lived here for over 40 some years. She knows the community she serves and has the resources necessary to aid in the purchase, as well as being able to provide services that come with the sale or purchase of a home, property, condo or land, such as a surveyor, electrician, plumber, handyman, etc. She was able to find our most recent acquisition to show us even before the home was on the market. Does that mean that she knows what' going on in the real estate market in St Croix, you bet it does. To say that we recommend her highly, you bet we do! I could not have found a better fit for me than with Isabel Brady. She made the process seem so easy. From day one we worked super well together. Her easiness and professionalism was so comforting to me. Isabel constantly called or sent me text messages with updates and to keep me informed. I really appreciated that. Isabel found us our condo on St. Croix. We looked at so many and ended up purchasing the first one she showed us. How did she know? When we sold our condo over 6 years later we chose Isabel to be our realtor again and were not disappointed!
