What began as a vacation to St. Croix quickly turned into a dream of island living. In 2023, that dream became reality when my family and I took a leap of faith, relocated to the island, and purchased Chaney Chicks Island Gifts of St. Croix — a business rooted in island treasures, creativity, and community. Alongside real estate, I love scuba diving, treasure hunting, and transforming found pieces into meaningful keepsakes that tell a story.

Born and raised in Florida, I later moved to Tennessee, where I built my career helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, I’ve always been passionate about helping others achieve the dream of homeownership and create a life by design. 

While I’m one of the newer agents on island, I bring years of real-world experience, a strong background in real estate investing, and a proven track record of results. Earlier in my career, I was honored with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award in 2015 and had the opportunity to attend GEN BLUE Hollywood (2014) and GEN BLUE Chicago (2016) — experiences that shaped my approach to client service and professional excellence.
