“Wherever you are, come home to St. Croix!” Diane Burns has been in the real estate industry for more than 40 years and has a background as a building contractor and journeyman electrician. She is also the owner of a real estate development and construction company, Bsquared, USVI.

Diane’s love of St. Croix began more than 25 years ago when she first came to the island on a real estate trip, and in 2002 she decided to make St. Croix her permanent home.

Diane’s desire to continue to provide the best in customer service while growing her business led her to form the Diane K. Burns Group. Most recently, the Diane K. Burns Group was honored to be awarded Coldwell Banker’s 2024 International Diamond Society, 2023 International President’s Elite, 2022 International President’s Elite, 2021 International President’s Premier, and 2020 International President’s Circle, as well as multiple years of Coldwell Banker Schmidt’s Chairman’s Club.

Originally from Michigan, one of Diane’s more outstanding accomplishments there was the restoration and preservation of historic properties in Lansing. Working closely with architects, the historic buildings were restored to their original splendor of the early 1900s. Diane’s passions for preserving historic buildings lead her to serve on the board of the Heartside Coalition, the Grand Rapids, Michigan historic preservation society.

Diane brought her passion for restoration to St. Croix and is working through the Enterprise Zone Commission grant process, which specializes in grants to restore properties in historic districts which include Frederiksted and Christiansted.

When she is not working, she can be found on any one of the many beautiful golf courses on the island.
