Born and raised on the island of St. Croix, Chanice “CJ” Jarvis brings a rare blend of island-rooted

estate. Her life and career have been shaped by her cultural heritage, leadership at the highest
levels of government, and a sincere passion for helping people invest wisely and live beautifully in
the U.S. Virgin Islands.

CJ is a proud graduate of The Good Hope School and holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Business Management from the University of the Virgin Islands, reinforcing her
belief in building legacy and opportunity through education. With St. Lucian and Trinidadian roots
and six formative years spent living in Puerto Rico, CJ embodies the vibrant cultural diversity of
the Caribbean. She’s fluent in English and Spanish and is currently learning French Creole to
serve international clients with confidence and ease.

Her career in public service spans over a decade and includes her current role serving in the Office
of the Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she works directly with senior leadership,
coordinating high-level strategy, communication, and operations across the territory. This
executive background has sharpened her skills in discretion, negotiation, strategic planning, and
client trust—all of which now power her growing real estate brand.

With deep Caribbean roots and a love for the culture that raised her, CJ is especially passionate
about helping local families and returning Virgin Islanders reclaim home. She understands the
rhythm of island life, the Friday limes, the beach days, the food, the music and brings that same
energy and care to every client she serves.

CJ is building a real estate brand rooted in service, strategy, and cultural fluency, with a refined
focus on luxury residential and commercial properties. Her journey is fueled by a deep
commitment to first-time buyers, investors, relocation clients, and Virgin Islanders returning home
to build generational wealth. Having personally navigated relocation and supported others through
the process, she understands the emotional and logistical complexities that come with moving to

A firm believer in leading with integrity, CJ serves on the State Advisory Group Board, where she
advocates for youth development and equity in the justice system. She is also an active member of
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., continuing her lifelong commitment to service, sisterhood, and
empowering others to succeed.

Outside of work, CJ tends her garden, enjoys quiet moments on the beach, and explores nearby
islands, fully immersed in the lifestyle she helps others access and embrace. Her love for the
Virgin Islands isn’t just professional, it’s generational.
