Drawn by the tranquil white-sand beaches, lush rainforests and swaying palm trees; Bry Locher found that St. Croix combines the diversity that she loved previously living in Washington D.C., with a quaint, historic and charming small-town community. Originally from Ohio, she escaped the cold north in 2008 and loves exploring all that the island has to offer. Since moving to St. Croix 15 years ago, Bry has expanded her family to include two amazing daughters and a Crucian rescue dog. Bry joined the Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty family in 2017 and became Managing Broker in March 2019, Coldwell Banker U.S. Virgin Islands Regional Sales Director in 2021, and Regional Vice President in 2023 with the expanded reach and addition of the island of St. Thomas. She loves working with people to find the same joy in living on St. Croix that she has discovered.

While seeing all of the unique properties is fascinating, she really is most intrigued by getting to know the people. Bry feels, in real estate she doesn’t just sell a piece of real estate, she listens and gets to know people in their best and worst times; she works through buyers and sellers fears and concerns and helps them with things beyond real estate; such as finding the best pediatrician for their children to coordinating the move of their beloved pets to and from the island. She truly feels that real estate is a lifetime endeavor and has found it immensely rewarding and gratifying to assist people with their real estate needs as well as training and supporting other agents to help them achieve the best life has to offer.

Bry believes in giving back to her community and has been very active with numerous organizations and community efforts. The primary focus of her time and financial commitment goes to Good Hope Country Day School.  She also delights in sharing what the beautiful St. Croix. area lifestyle has to offer her clients with her local knowledge and expertise; which include gorgeous beaches, world-class recreational activities such as outdoor activities offering nature trails for walking, hiking and biking in addition to golf, boating, scuba diving and snorkeling together with wonderful dining, boutique shopping along with being known as a renowned wedding destination spot, unique cultural events, fascinating history and activities for everyone.
