Brooke is a Texas girl who made the move to paradise in 2015. The charming small-town island feel along with the beautiful weather year-round are some of the many reasons Brooke and her husband Colt continue to call St. Croix home.

Brooke received a Bachelors in Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After working in the corporate world straight out of college, Brooke was soon searching for a change of pace and a more meaningful way to live her life. St. Croix has allowed Brooke & Colt to slow down, enjoy the natural and historic beauty the island offers, all while helping others like herself discover what a hidden gem St. Croix truly is! Brooke became a licensed real estate agent on the island in 2017 and has been a part of the Coldwell Banker family since 2019.

Her favorite aspect as a real estate agent is getting to know her clients, where they come from and how she can help make an island dream of theirs come true- but it’s so much more than just buying a house. It’s the move itself, adjusting to island life, getting your kids enrolled in school, flying your pet dog on island. In her spare time Brooke enjoys helping local animal rescues on island including “Real Cruzan Cats” and “Ruff Start STX”. Whether it be fostering a puppy or dog in need or helping fly a kitten to the mainland, Brooke is always willing to assist her furry friends.
