Family has always shaped how Amy shows up for people. Growing up in Miami, Florida as the only girl in a house full of brothers, she learned early how to hold her own and how to look out for the people around her, two instincts she still leans on every day in the office. She brought that same instinct with her when she made St. Croix her home in 2000, finding her way to Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty soon after and earning her real estate license in 2005.

Around the office, Amy sets the tone. She organizes fun team outings to anchor the collaborative culture of the office, decorates for every holiday on the calendar down to the smallest ones (often with an outfit to match), and brings the kind of warmth that makes people want to stop and talk, whether they’re closing on a listing or just picking up a rental check.
