It is that time of the year again – Coquito season AKA The Holidays! St. Croix’s streets, restaurants and parks are so vibrant this time of year with endless celebrations of the Holiday season. If you can’t make it to St. Croix for our lively Holiday season, then use this recipe to bring some St. Croix cheer to your kitchen – You are sure to be the hit of the next Holiday party you attend!
- 4 cans coconut milk
- 2 cans cream of coconut
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can of hot water to thin out – optional 1/2 t Nutmeg 1/8 t Ginger 1/8 t Ground cloves 1/2 t Cinnamon 1 t Pure vanilla extract
- Cruzan Rum or Captain Morgan
