A serving police officer in the V.I. Police Department, Charles E. Nibbs, has for more than 25 years been involved with local youth in family violence programs.
Along with his wife Anita, he founded the non-profit LuvKids Television and Radio Productions.

They wanted to make a difference in the lives of children living in ST CROIX RENTALS on St. Croix, and give gifts of food and educational toys to children during the holidays.

Last Sunday, they arrived at the Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center in a pickup truck loaded with essentials for the newest members of the community.

Head Nurse Paulina Henry, accepted the gifts for the infants, which included blankets, socks, knitted hats, teething rings and disposable diapers.

Not only do they spread their love during Christmas time, but throughout the year they open their wallets and get school supplies and uniforms whenever they hear of children in need.

The couple have been giving gifts to local youths for the last 25 years.
